The Orono Land Trust is a local non-profit organization with volunteer officers and Board members. Its function is to encourage the presence of trails and open spaces in the Orono area.
What makes Orono, Maine a good place to live?  Each person has an individual answer, but surely most would agree that easy access to open spaces, fields, woods, brooks, and bogs are intimately related to the quality of life in our town.
